RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
You can safely return the Trunk you ordered, within 2 days of the item (Applicable only on Travel Trunks) being delivered to you. This is only applicable for Manufacturing Defects. The return process is trouble-free: just contact our team at email@example.com and they will guide and assist you step by step. Once the return process has been explained, you will have to contact the courier to schedule the pickup of the Trunk you are returning. The return shipping and import duties applied, to India (if any) will be sustained by the customer.
Please remember that we cannot accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Bespoke Trunks).
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the cancellation process.
For customized trunks, we can only cancel the order, if the trunk’s production process has still not begun. If the production process of the customized trunk is in progress, we can initiate to stop the production to advance; however, there will be no refunds on customized trunks since these are being especially crafted for you.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
This shipping and delivery policy governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through a Trunks Company website.
We currently do not offer overnight or expedited shipping online.
Applicable shipping charges for your order will be provided prior to you after completing your purchase.
Estimated shipment times, if available, are provided solely for your convenience and neither Trunks Company nor its third-party shipment providers will be liable for any damages or loss as a result of the failure to meet a shipment estimate.
In no event will Trunks Company or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.
Trunks Company will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO). We can deliver items only up to the Ground Floor of your property; further movements of the Trunks to higher floors can be arranged for, at chargeable basis and advance notice from the clients.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy is subject to change without notice. The version of this Shipping and Delivery Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase. Trunks Company recommends you to print or otherwise retain a copy of this Shipping and Delivery Policy at the time of your purchase.
